This premium quality wrist cuff / arm binder is a very secure restraint. 

Made from top grade leather, stitched, lined with beautiful soft nappa leather and appointed with top grade hardware. 

This arm binder has two heavy duty hasps, put a padlock through the hasps and there is only one way out - the key. The cuffs have ample adjustment as well as the collar. 

Can be made to size if required.

Out with the old and in with the new. The one pictured on the left is the new one from Mercy Industries. You get what you pay for. This new one is amazing quality. It is inescapable as mentioned unlike the old one on the right. I would strongly recommend. Further shipped quickly and you could tell they put care into their in their product as it was also packaged nicely.
