The premium single strap gag is one of our most popular products and it’s easy to see why. This ball gag is made from the finest heavy duty yet supple leather, stitched and appointed with beautiful Gold hardware.

This gag has comes with the option of adding a lockable buckle. Please note if you choose the lockable buckle the buckle itself will be black whereas the rest of the hardware will remain Gold (see gallery for example of black lockable buckle).

As with all our gags, the ball is made from food grade silicone. Three ball sizes are available (Small 42mm / 1.65”, Medium 45mm / 1.75” and Large 48mm / 1.9”)

I love how sturdy gag is, but I hate how the gaps in the ball dig into the corners of my mouth. However, overall I'm very satisfied with the product.
